A Promise For You From Bible Promises:
Topic: After God's Judgment Day, No Appeal
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. 2 Corinthians 5:10. Read: Matt 25:31-46
When a man is convicted in the human court and not please with the judgment given by the judge; he has the privilege to appeal in the highest court of the land for further proceeding. Whatever judgment the highest court pass on such person will be bonding, but then, the judgment could be favourable to the defendant or not.
But, in the court of heaven, after the Righteous Judge (God) has given final judgment, there would not be room to appeal for further hearing. There would be no adjournment again. The above Scripture says, everyone (Christians and non Christians) will appear before the judgment seat of Christ to receive the last judgment to either throw one into everlasting life or condemnation. The great day of God will be a dreadful one because it will be a day of total separation, a day that will determine the abode of everyone; a day that will seal men's destiny forever.. The Bible says, 'After death, judgment follows' Heb. 9:27. This therefore means that there is only one appeal one can make (before the judgment day of God comes) as one is still in the flesh, which is to ask God for forgiveness of sin and totally surrender to Jesus Christ. Don't wait to be caught unaware by God's judgment day before you give your life to Him. Jesus is your only guarantee to avoiding this dreadful day.
* God's judgment day is a terrible and fearful one, don't be caught in the web
